Michael brings three decades of leadership experience in corporate, agency and consulting environments, specializing in content strategy, public relations and corporate communications. As Head of Content Strategy & Development at Kane & Hook Communications, Michael partners closely with Sarah and the firm’s clients to design and execute sophisticated content strategies that elevate brand narratives, advance executive visibility and drive measurable business outcomes. His work consistently aligns storytelling with business strategy to strengthen corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout his career, Michael has guided communications and content initiatives for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized organizations and emerging start-ups across a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, travel and tourism, professional services, hospitality, defense, commercial/residential real estate, medical products/healthcare, and more.

Michael has also developed and executed award-winning integrated campaigns and thought leadership platforms designed to position executives and organizations as industry authorities. Jenkin Hammond

Creative Director/Branding Strategist

Jenkin Hammond brings decades of experience shaping visual identities and campaigns for international and regional brands ranging from local startups to Fortune 500 companies. He is an art director and graphic designer known for bringing creative collaboration to a higher level. He specializes in branding, logo design, print and digital collateral, packaging, event design, and campaign art direction.


After graduating as Outstanding Design Student of the Year from his Bachelor of Fine Arts program, Jenkin launched his career at a leading Oklahoma advertising agency. He quickly advanced to art direction and team leadership roles, producing award-winning work recognized by the American Advertising Federation for excellence in multiple mediums. In 2011, Jenkin founded Jenkin Design. Since then, he has provided art direction and design for brands such as Sonic Drive-In, Devon Energy, Global Payments, NASDAQ, and Cox Communications. Beyond his client work, he has served the creative community as Chair of Education for AIGA Oklahoma, mentoring emerging designers and supporting the state’s growing design culture, as well as supplying in-kind donation services to non-profit organizations in need.
